Opening

People love dramatic transformations.

But most transformations are built through boring repetition.

One workout isn't impressive.

One healthy meal isn't impressive.

One sales call isn't impressive.

One hour of studying isn't impressive.

But repeat the right behaviors for a year?

Now something changes.

Habits Are Votes for Your Identity

Every habit reinforces a version of you.

You train?

You're reinforcing:

"I'm someone who takes care of my body."

You read?

"I'm someone who learns."

You keep your commitments?

"I'm dependable."

You constantly procrastinate?

That's reinforcing something too.

Start With the Habit That Creates Other Habits

Some habits have a multiplying effect.

Training can improve energy.

Planning can improve execution.

Sleep can improve decision-making.

Tracking money can improve financial behavior.

Ask:

What one habit would make several other parts of my life easier?

Start there.

Remove Friction

Don't only rely on willpower.

Prepare your environment.

Need to train tomorrow?

Have your clothes ready.

Need to eat better?

Prepare food.

Need to focus?

Remove notifications.

Need to write?

Open the document before leaving work today.

Make good behavior easier.

Track the Standard

What gets tracked gets harder to ignore.

Use a simple scorecard.

Did I train?

Did I complete my priority?

Did I read?

Did I keep my commitments?

Yes or no.

No drama.

Data.

Don't Build Ten Habits at Once

Pick three.

Get consistent.

Then expand.

Winning isn't always about doing more.

Sometimes it's about doing fewer important things better.

Your Assignment

Choose:

One body habit.

One business/work habit.

One mindset habit.

Track them for 30 days.

No perfection required.

But no lying to yourself either.

Close

Your habits eventually become your normal.

And your normal becomes your life.

But here's the problem:

Most people know what they should do.

They just don't hold themselves accountable to doing it.

That's next.
